Happy 4th of July

We had such a fabulous weekend. It started out on Friday the boys and I went blueberry picking. It took us a while to get there... damn GPS... but once we found the place, it was great. We picked over 3 pounds of blueberries. All of us love eating them so needless to say, they did not last very long!

Next was Saturday.. we had a great lazy morning! We had lunch outside and the kids had fun playing under the sprinkler. Later we went to my dads for a cookout! The grandkids all had fun playing in the kiddie pool and dirt and the adults got to eat yummy food and sit back and relax!

Sunday was the 4th of July! We went to a cookout at our friends house on the lake. It was a fabulous day. Kids got to play in water and bouncehouse. We got to again relax, eat more food and have some drinks! Later was the fireworks. All the kids sat on the dock and watched them. Gavin was a little nervous so he sat on daddy's lap. Chloe sat with me and everyone enjoyed the show. Chloe held on tight but never even cried! Such a trooper!

Daddy had Monday off so it was another beach day. My sister and her boyfriend met us there. By the time we got there though Seth had to leave for his "T" time. Danielle stayed with us and we had a great day! Chloe is getting more and more brave with the water. Chloe also started pulling her self up to a standing position! Maybe walking is coming soon!!!

Our neighbor went clamming and dropped off a whole bunch so later Seth and Danielle came over and we grilled up the clams and steak tips. It was the perfect end to our perfect weekend!
